2026 Station Rep Training

TWU Local 555 will be holding a training session for Elected Station Representatives that will cover a variety of representational subjects, including new training material presented by an arbitrator. This training will present significant benefits to representatives and the membership. Attendance is expected unless extenuating circumstances exist.

The training will be held at the Doubletree Love Field from 08/31/26 to 09/02/26 and is scheduled as follows:

• Monday, August 31, 2026 (Reception 1800-2100)

  • Dinner will be provided.

• Tuesday, September 1, 2026 (Training 0900-1730)

  • Meals will be provided.

• Wednesday, September 2, 2026 (Training 0900-1400)

  • Breakfast and Lunch will be provided.

Releases and travel requests will be sent to your Station Manager, who will provide you with passes for travel. Ensure your must-ride flight reservations are made as soon as possible so that you’re able to attend the full training schedule. The class has been scheduled so that most will be able to fly out on the last day of training; however, flights should not be scheduled out before 1600 on Wednesday, September 2. Please inform us if an additional night may be necessary due to flight schedules.

If you are unable to attend, please appoint one of your alternates to attend in your place.

If Lost Time is preferred, it may be submitted after the event has concluded, please mark "Yes" in the Lost Time field if you prefer that.

Please note your scheduled days off and any shifts picked up/given away during your dates of stay. Call the office and note if you are scheduled for any double shifts on the dates mentioned above. TWU 555 will be making your reservation for the event at either the Doubletree or Marriott Market Center. (RSVP by August 10, 2026)
